Our investors we had sold hundreds of house to started complaining about Orlando Property Management and the lack there of. We were approached by nearly 40 clients our real estate company had sold investment houses to over the last many years and was asked If we had any interest in managing their houses. We researched the industry for nearly 6 months before agreeing to start an Orlando property management division.
