We have been focused on Orlando Real Estate since 2001. The Realty Medics started selling Orlando Real Estate after a successful experience of buying houses, fixing them up and re-selling the houses. Our Family found that our approach to marketing houses for sale was working. Our Family Company is very accessible to clients as we always respond to calls and emails quickly. We found many of our new clients were simply impressed that we answered our phones or returned calls the same day.

Our Orlando Real Estate company started a property management company in 2008. Our investors we had sold hundreds of house to started complaining about Orlando Property Management and the lack there of. Orlando property management companies, according to our investors, have been charging a lot of extra fees making their investment lose additional cash flow. We were approached by nearly 40 clients our real estate company had sold investment houses to over the last many years and was asked If we had any interest in managing their houses. We researched the industry for nearly 6 months before agreeing to start an Orlando property management division. What we found was the majority of current Orlando property management companies did not in fact pay much attention to the investor’s bottom line cash flow.
