Deltona is the most populated city in Volusia County, with over 85,000 permanent residents, according to the 2010 census. It’s part of the Deltona-Daytona Beach-Ormond Beach Metropolitan Area, and is also included in the much larger Greater Orlando Area, which holds over 2 million people. While there are lots of residents here, Deltona’s location in between the beaches and the city of Orlando gives homeowners access to just about any type of lifestyle they want.
