Once you are a resident, we have a suite of tools to make your rental experience the best it can be.

Tenant Resources

• Move in Information

  If you have a major appliance not working or any kind of leak going on upon move-in, please submit a maintenance request through your tenant portal****(this EXCLUDES cosmetic items at the property, for cosmetic issues)

  For cosmetic issues at the property, please take time-stamped photos within the first two weeks of your move-in date and keep them on your end, should you need them for future move-out reference.

  How to submit a work request order

  Mail: For more information regarding your mail, please take a copy of your lease to the local post office for them to issue a change of address form(s) and new key(s) as well as inform you of your assigned box (if you do not have a private mailbox). Be advised that there may be a fee associated with this issued by USPS for them to change the lock and distribute the key. Please remember to write "return to sender" on all mail received that is not addressed to you.

  Trash: For the trash schedule, it will vary per county and community. Please contact the utility company to obtain this information; their website usually has this information as well.

• Rent

  Rent can be paid through your tenant portal online or via a payslip option with third-party participants. Please reach out to Support@therealtymedics.com for the payslip option.

  In case of an emergency, especially outside our regular office hours (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM), please call our Emergency Maintenance line at 407-584-7186. We're here to ensure you get the help you need, 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
