How Does the Upfront Rent Program Work?

Upfront Rent provides rental unit Owners with up to 12 months of rent payments (less any Tenant placement and/or property management fees) upfront, removing tenant payment risk.

What is the Owner Responsible For?

Ongoing Maintenance

Property owners are responsible for any ongoing repairs and maintenance costs needed within the home or unit.

Property management

Owners will use The Realty Medics for ongoing property management services.

The Realty Medics Upfront Guaranteed Rent is a revolutionary product when you will receive a year’s worth of rent upfront just days after you sign your lease. What would you use that money for? So many possibilities to pay debts, make other investments or perform maintenance on your properties.

Upfront Rent removes the risk of tenants not paying their rent and gives the investor all of that rent upfront days after you sign the lease. There is not a catch. There is a nominal fee for this convenience, you can not sell your home during the guaranteed period and you must do all required maintenance. That is all!
